REGISTRATIONS FOR 2021 ARE NOW FULL - the below form is for waitlist only.
All sections of the webform must be completed or your application will not be submitted.
- All exhibitors must be based within the Porirua City boundaries.
- A power outlet, table, chairs and exhibition shell will be provided by the venue if specified below.
- AV displays and other services ordered separately is at the cost of the exhibitor.
- Please ensure that you are able to fit inside the area that you have ordered and don’t forget to include the drawbar/tow bar. You will not be able to go outside of the allocated space.
- Truck, caravans & trailers will be parked in the back carpark of the venue. No Trucks, caravans & trailers can be driven or parked inside Te Rauparaha Arena.
