My principal place of residence is in the Eastern/Pāuatahanui ki te uunga mai o te ra Ward area.

I am seeking re-election for the Eastern Ward. Please rank me #1.

Eastern Porirua needs to retain a voice like mine on council. I live here, I'm from here and I represent the values of our communities.

Consistency is key. In the last three years I've advocated for our community at the council table. Roading improvements, traffic calming measures and better street lighting have been my priorities. I also fought successfully to keep heavy trucks from Transmission Gully off our streets.

Critical issues for the next three years include ensuring the crucial early stages of the Eastern Porirua rebuild have effective community input. We also must agree to complete Bothamley Park so it can be enjoyed by even more local residents.

The council must focus on the basics. Wastewater and storm-water systems need to be upgraded. We must also work towards balancing the budget so rate increases are more manageable.
