Cobham Court is fast becoming the vibrant heart of Porirua City’s public zone with space for visitors and workers to enjoy a great coffee in the sun, explore our excellent selection of retail outlets, and catch up for events.

We've started work on improving our city centre with some exciting new spaces being built:

A new children’s play area – including splash pad/wet area, shelter, and landscaping within Cobham Court and Hartham Place North designed with a coastal theme.
A new public space on 8 Cobham Court with improved pedestrian access to the stream side and railway station through Ferry Place.
New artworks in public areas.
Easier access around the city centre.
