When it comes to the local government elections, it’s important everyone has the opportunity to have their say and vote for who is to represent them around the Council table.
At Porirua City Council, along with pages dedicated to the election, there are also pages ensuring that languages and accessible formats make it easy to understand the election process.
Here you can find information on how to vote in 32 languages ranging from Arabic, te reo Māori, Japanese and Russian, along with formats for reading candidate profile statements and other information in large print, braille, sign language and audio.
