1. Integrate management of this reserve with Onepoto Park.
   
   
2. Provide a short-stay camping opportunity for self-contained camping vehicles. 
   
   
3. Continue to facilitate recreational access, use and enjoyment of the sea, through provision of amenities such as the boat launching ramp and jetty. Consider additional parking provision for boat trailers and access for water activities. 
   
   
4. Prepare a development plan to achieve these outcomes, in association with that for Onepoto Park. The development plan should consider further amenity development, and design management of informal boat storage impacts on open grassy areas, and should consider the impact of any further built development on the amenity coastal landscape, including protecting views to the coast.
