As Monday 26 September is a one-off national public holiday to acknowledge the passing of Queen Elizabeth II we will be closing our facilities to mark the occasion and give staff the opportunity to pay their respects.
This means our swimming pools, libraries, Pātaka, Te Rauparaha Arena and the council offices will be closed.
Spicer Landfill, Trash Palace and the bulk recycling centre will also be closed for the day, but Monday rubbish and recycling collections will be operating as usual.
