Want to report a pothole or water outage? Need a reminder about what day your recycling should be out? Get the free Antenno app downloaded onto your phone. It’s easy.
Lots of Porirua residents are using Antenno, which has been available in the city since 2019, and the feedback is that it’s a great way to report things quickly, and to get helpful reminders.
Antenno’s purpose is two-pronged – you tell us things, and we tell you things. It’s a win-win.
Something we need to know?
Easily report faults, directly from your phone. If you see graffiti, come across a fallen tree or notice a street light that’s not working you can report it quickly and easily, right there on the spot. You can add up to three photos as well, which can really help with some reports.
Whatever you report will get sent directly to Porirua City Council’s customer services team, who can then make sure it gets in front of the right people quickly.
Something you need to know?
Opt in for reminders, customised for your area. You set up Antenno for the places that matter to you
– such as home, work or school.
This means the information you receive is relevant to you, not about something happening in another part of the city.
If something comes up that affects all of Porirua – like a water quality issue or an emergency event – you will still get a notification. At any point, you can opt out of receiving alerts and tailor the notifications to suit you. We don’t want to spam you with things you’re not interested in.
Download for free. Get it on Google Play or download on the App Store.
