You can now use your tipping trailer at Spicer Landfill between the hours of 8am to 4pm.
Tipping trailer restrictions were put in place since last year after an incident where a staff member was injured while helping unload a trailer. We really appreciate your patience while we put safer processes in place.
To keep everyone safe, we have a five-minute induction for people to complete if they want to use a tipping trailer at Spicer Landfill.
Just pop into the landfill staff offices, opposite Trash Palace, during open hours. No bookings are needed. We understand this extra step might be inconvenient, but it’s essential for keeping people safe and ensuring tipping trailers can continue to be used.
We want to provide the service you want while maintaining a safe environment. Please follow the new process and all instructions and treat our staff with respect and courtesy.
