We're letting you know which tracks and walkways are closed or have restricted access.

Here's a list of the walkways and tracks that are closed or have restricted access. Please respect the warning signs and do not put yourself in danger.

Endeavour Walkway Walkway open, no work planned
Champion Street entrance to Bothamley Park Many areas of Bothamley Park are closed due to ongoing pipe work from Wellington Water. Signage in the park will let you know which areas are not accessible
Whitby Walkway Open
Te Ara Tawa Shared Path Between Kenepuru & Porirua – walkway open
Paremata, Ivey Bay to Kahu Road Open - but caution advised.
Bothamley Park tracks • Main track between Champion Street carpark to blackberry harvest area closed for two years due to pipe project
• Access to Bothamley Park from Cannons Creek Park closed for two years
Camborne Walkway Open
Trail 10 mountainbike trail Open
Te Ara Utiwai walkway Open
Colonial Knob walkway Track now partly open – Rangituhi steps open up to the 550th step (two bridges below the lookout), so walkers can climb the stairs and return the way they have come. The upper third of the track is still closed for improvements.
Brendan Beach walkway, Pukerua Bay Open from around the coast but closed from the lookout on the old SH1 and the beach
