Porirua wards

Porirua City is represented by a Mayor and 10 Councillors across three wards: Onepoto General Ward, Pāuatahanui General Ward and Parirua Māori Ward.

What is a ward?

A ward is a geographical area which is broken down by suburbs across Porirua City.

The elected members (Mayor and Councillor) all represent the different wards so it's important that you vote for someone who you think values your community.
