Inspiring the Future events

Porirua City Council in collaboration with The Tertiary Education Commission are hosting three Inspiring the Future events at three schools in May.

At an Inspiring the Future event, young people hear from volunteer role models in their communities, learn about different jobs and why people love doing them, as well as their pathway and challenges they faced along the way.

Inspiring the Future can broaden their horizons, and help challenge stereotypes that can limit their potential by bridging the gap between schools and the world of work.
