The applicant proposes: To demolish the US Marines Hall at 20 Whitehouse Road, Titahi Bay
The application requires land use consent for the following reasons: Demolition of a Group B building listed in Appendix 10.2 is a restricted discretionary activity under Rule 6.1.7 of the District Plan.
The application includes an assessment of environmental effects. The application may be inspected at the Porirua City Council, Administration Building, Customer Service Centre (ground floor), Cobham Court, Porirua, between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm.

(b) does not relate to trade competition or the effects of trade competition.
